We are North Queensland Potters Association located in sunny Townsville! We have a beautiful community of professional and hobby potters. At our studio in Railway Estate, you can find lots of pottery classes, clay and workshops! We always welcome new members and potters. If you want to learn pottery and find a creative clay community, you have come to the right place!

a two-day workshop for beginners. We are also excited to welcome you all to our Meet the Potters Market in September and host Paul Davis for a workshop!

The 2026 year has started with an overwhelming interest in joining classes at our studio. Thank you! Our teachers are at capacity and have no spaces in their classes. We are working hard behind the scene to create shorter come and try sessions. Stay up to date with our social media to find out the latest. If you are interested in joining a class, please contact the teacher of your choice under the classes tab and they can add you to their waitlist.
